ABOUT US
I wanted to take a moment to introduce SIC Private Investigations should you ever require the services of our private investigative firm.
Our firm is licensed professionally through the State of Indiana. My company is based in Evansville and services the southern part of Indiana, including Evansville, Newburgh, Princeton, Vincennes, New Albany, Washington, Mt. Vernon, Jasper, and Bloomington.

Our two main investigators are retired law enforcement with over 50 years of experience working most of those years as detectives in different investigative units with the Evansville Police Department (EPD), including working as Federal Task Force Officers with the federal agencies
Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF).
Our investigators experience consists of 17 years as detectives in a multi-agency narcotics investigation unit, 7 years as Federal Task Force Officers with FBI, 5 years as Federal Task Officer with ATF, 9 years as a sexual violence investigator, 5 years as a child abuse/juvenile investigator and 9 years as a SWAT team member and team leader.
Our investigators have been trained professionally in undercover techniques, moving and stationary surveillance (physical and electronic),
multiple interview and interrogation techniques, fugitive location techniques, advanced electronic surveillance techniques, trained and certified as a child forensic interviewer and trained in advanced suspect interview and interrogation techniques. Our investigators are also well versed in examining and reading cell phone extractions in all criminal matters along with examining electronic evidence (bodycam videos).

Our investigators have testified in state and federal depositions, suppression hearings and trials in state and federal courts including as an expert witness in state court for criminal proceedings. As Task Force Officers for the FBI and ATF our investigators held Top Secret Security Clearance while conducting federal investigations with the FBI, DEA, ATF, and US Marshals.
We also utilize part time investigators that are current law enforcement that have at least 10 years’ experience and work
in investigative units within their agencies.
